Adrenaline
Been trying to come up with some new builds for vaious characters (for PvE, so heroes would be used too). In the process of this, I realized I don't know something I need info on for some of the builds.
Is there a cap for adrenaline gain boosts? For example, the following skills all increase the adrenaline a character gains. Do the reach a max, or would combining multiples of them further boost the adrenaline gain? ["for great justice!"][balthazar's spirit][weapon of fury][natural temper][focused anger][infuriating heat][battle rage][berserker stance] In other words, if a Ranger places Infuriating Heat, and a Ritualist cast Weapon of Fury on a Paragon using For Great Justice, Focused Anger, and Natural Temper, how much adrenaline gain would the Paragon receive? And is the gain from Balthazars Spirit worthwhile for a build using high adrenaline cost skills or is it a wasted slot? Lastly, a question based on info I read on wiki. Infuriating Heat states that it does not work with skills like Signet of Aggression. Does it work with skills like For Great Justice though? So a Warrior using For Great Justice while in range of Infuriating Heat would be able to use Cleave after 1 hit, and Eviscerate in 2 hits? A 400% boost to adrenaline gain? |

I believe the way it works is that you cannot stack them to above 100%, but a single skill can bring it past 100%, like focused anger can do 100%+, but if you use FGJ, you are just wasting energy if focused anger is already up. adding infuriating heat into that mix would also double it I believe because it is not a percent increase (I think...might be wrong tho)

Adrenaline gain cannot stack to exceed +100%.
The ones you have listed can be found at: http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gain...uick_reference If you scroll down you will see that all of the ones listed give over 100% anyway (so most of them dont stack). |

Don't forget [Dark Fury] and [Mark of Fury].
Dark Fury while under [FGJ] is 4 hits of adrenaline in one swing. Backbreaker spam gogo. |

Balthazar's Spirit gives 1..5 points (0..15 smiting) of adrenaline. An adrenaline strike is 25 points.
But since it doesn't give a percentile boost, it can be used like Dark Fury and Mark of Dury... only the effect is much much worse. |

Thanks all. I was aware of the Necro skills and similar, but wasn't sure about the stacking of the percentages. Now that I know how they work, I can make my builds better. I can start with more educated decisions
